The Verus Press System

The Frame

Easily attach the Verus Press to your Ergometer with only two bolts and two tightening mounts! Use the (4) Quick-link anchoring points with (3) Resistance Bands to apply tension to your Upper and Lower Body!

THE WAIST BELT

Loop two resistance bands onto the Nylon Verus Press Belt, wrap it around your waist and attach the bands onto the Quick-link anchor points to apply Lower Body Resistance!

The Handle Strap

Attach the Handle Strap to your Rower Handle and loop one resistance band through the Handle Strap & the two lower Quick-link anchor points to apply Upper Body Resistance!

If you don't already have them, you can optionally purchase (3) Resistance Bands to use with the Verus Press Belt and Handle Strap for Lower and Upper Body Resistance!

I just love using the verus press. I have used the rowing machine many times. But the first time I used the verus press was a whole different workout. It made the rower so much more difficult; which I loved. It brings rowing to a whole new level! You can use leg tension with arm tension or use them separately.
